PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees will hold a work session regarding the proposed Village Budget for the year starting March 1, 2023, and ending February 28, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. on the 6th day of December 2022.
The Village Election for the Village Court Justice will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023
This will be for a five year term, ending in 2028
The 2023 Village Election will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2023, from 12:00 noon until 9:00 p.m.
Listed below are dates related to those interested in running for a position:
January 03, 2023 – First day that individuals may sign independent nominating petitions.
February 7, 2023 – First day to file an independent nominating petition with the Village Clerk.
February 14, 2023 – Last day to file independent nominating petitions with the Village Clerk for an office to be filled at the general village election.
February 15, 2023 – Last day to file written objections to independent nominating petitions.
February 17, 2023 – Last day to file certificate of acceptance or declination of an independent nomination for an office to be filled at the general village election with the Village Clerk.
March 10, 2023 – Last day individuals may register with the county board of elections to be eligible to vote in the village election.
April 17, 2023 – Deadline for filing the third statement of campaign receipts and expenditures for the village election with the Village Clerk.

Delinquent balances as of October 25, for Outside Village and as of November 25, for Inside Village will be added to the property taxes.

The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) can help.
LIHWAP is a drinking water and wastewater emergency assistance program funded through new federal
resources. Benefits are based on the amount of unpaid water and wastewater bills owed by applicants. This
assistance is targeted at low income households and income guidelines will mirror that of the Home Energy
LIHWAP benefits are based on the actual amount of drinking water and/or wastewater arrears, up to a
maximum of $2,500 per drinking water or wastewater provider, or $5,000 if drinking water and wastewater
services are combined, per household. Benefits are paid directly to the household’s drinking water and/or
Eligibility and benefits are based on:
• household size,
• household includes a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or qualified alien, and
• amount owed to drinking water and/or wastewater provider(s).
Primary applicants must provide:
• Proof of identity
• Proof of residence
• Documentation of earned and unearned income
• A drinking water, wastewater, or combined drinking water and wastewater bill listing their permanent
and primary residence
• A valid Social Security Number (SSN)
o SSNs of additional household members will be requested

VILLAGE OF BALDWINSVILLE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Baldwinsville at a regular meeting held December 2, 2021, duly adopted a resolution, subject to permissive referendum, that would enact Local Law 3 of 2021, an abstract of which is as follows.
ABSTRACT: a proposed Local Law adopted pursuant to Cannabis Law §131 opting out of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments from locating and operating within the boundaries of the Village of Baldwinsville.
Pursuant to Cannabis Law §131, this local law is subject to a permissive referendum and thus may not be filed with the Secretary of State until the applicable time period has elapsed to file a petition or a referendum has been conducted approving this local law.
